Ukraine at UAH 2,599 takes it, with Japan and India close behind. The bottom of the table is where the number gets uncomfortable: a UK buyer pays £69.99, which converts to $95.48 - the same headline figure as the US store, in a currency worth considerably more, for the same file.
Turkey’s reputation does not survive this table
Turkey is the region people name first when the subject is cheap PSN pricing, and on FC 27 it lands at $83.12 - fifth from the top, above Australia and South Africa, 19% over the US price.
That is not a data error. Sony revises regional pricing in batches rather than continuously, and the regions that get revised hardest are the ones whose currency has moved furthest - which is exactly what happened to Turkish lira pricing over the last several years. What FC 26 tells you about waiting
The football series discounts steeply in its first year, and the depth of that discount is regional too. FC 26 - the game FC 27 replaces - currently sits at $52.19 in India and $54.56 in the UK store.
A UK buyer who skipped last September now pays less for FC 26 than FC 27 costs in any of the seventeen regions on this list, including Ukraine.
That is the trade to weigh if you are not playing Ultimate Team competitively from day one: the cheapest region on a new release still costs more than a patient year on an expensive one.
The dates that matter before 31 August
Three editions are on sale, and only one of them has a deadline:
- Standard - $69.99 in the US store, releases 25 September
- Ultimate - $99.99, adds seven days of early access from 18 September
- Ultimate Plus - $149.99, a limited preorder tier that stops being sold on 31 August 2026
The regional spread applies to all three, so the edition decision and the region decision are separate questions. The Ultimate Plus deadline is the only one that forces a choice this week.

The Indian PlayStation Store lists the FC 27 standard edition at Rs 5,999, which converts to about $62.86 - roughly 10% below the $69.99 US price. India is the third-cheapest of the 17 storefronts we track for this title, behind Ukraine and Japan.
