PS Plus Premium (the tier above Deluxe, with streaming and legacy console game trials on top of everything Extra and Deluxe include) isn’t sold everywhere Extra and Deluxe are - and where it is, comparing its regional price takes an extra step compared to the other two tiers.
Premium has narrower regional availability
Extra and Deluxe are sold in effectively every PS Plus-eligible region, but Premium isn’t - a handful of regions that carry Extra and Deluxe don’t offer Premium at all, usually tied to which countries PlayStation has cleared the streaming and classics catalog for. Before comparing Premium prices across regions, the first check is simply whether a given region sells Premium at all, not just what it costs.
Premium’s price gap isn’t the same as Deluxe’s
Even in regions where all three tiers are sold, the percentage gap between Premium and Deluxe isn’t a fixed markup that holds across regions - it’s priced and revised on its own schedule, the same way Extra and Deluxe are priced independently of each other (see our Extra vs Deluxe comparison). A region that’s a great deal on Deluxe isn’t automatically the best for Premium too.
What to check if you’re considering Premium in another region
Beyond the usual payment-method and account-region requirements that apply to any regional PS Plus purchase, Premium specifically is worth double-checking for streaming availability in your actual location - the tier’s cloud streaming feature has its own regional server/availability footprint that doesn’t necessarily match where the subscription itself can be purchased.
Comparing what’s actually on offer
PS Prices Hub shows Extra and Deluxe pricing across regions with dedicated tabs on the PS Plus page; for Premium specifically, checking a few individual regional PS Plus pages directly for availability and price is still the most reliable approach today, precisely because its footprint is narrower and less uniform than the other two tiers.
The general rule still applies
Whichever tier you’re comparing, the underlying reason prices differ by region is the same mechanism covered in our guide to the cheapest PSN region - Premium just adds an availability question on top of the usual price question.
