Gears of War: Reloaded costs UAH 519,60 on the Ukraine PlayStation Store - about $11.52, or 28% below the US price, saving $4.47. That puts Ukraine 2nd cheapest of the 16 storefronts carrying it.
Across the 623 games we track in both stores, Ukraine runs about 28% under the US price.
Gears of War: Reloaded sits close to that norm at 28% below the US price, so Ukraine behaves here much as it does across the catalog.
Ukraine comes out cheapest for 254 of the 728 games we price.
Close. India is cheaper, but only by $1.16 - not enough to be worth a second account on its own if you already have one in Ukraine.
Worth weighing against the effort: a second PSN account is a separate library, separate trophies and a separate payment method, and the saving here is $4.47.
All 16 storefronts we track, converted to US dollars. Ukraine is highlighted.

Prices are only half of it. The Ukrainian store expects a payment method valid in Ukraine, and an account's region is fixed when the account is created - you can't switch an existing one over. Both are covered in detail here:
