Grand Theft Auto V (PlayStation®5) costs UAH 899,00 in Ukraine - the same as the US price, to the cent. This storefront bills in dollars rather than a local currency, so there's no exchange-rate gap to exploit here. Turkey is where it's actually cheapest, at $14.22.
Across the 623 games we track in both stores, Ukraine runs about 28% under the US price.
Not every title follows the trend, and this is one that doesn't - 28 points below Ukraine's usual advantage.
Ukraine comes out cheapest for 254 of the 728 games we price.
Not for this game. Turkey lists it at $14.22, $5.71 less than Ukraine, so if you're setting an account up specifically for this title that's the storefront to pick.
Worth weighing against the effort: a second PSN account is a separate library, separate trophies and a separate payment method, and the saving here is $0.06.
All 17 storefronts we track, converted to US dollars. Ukraine is highlighted.

Prices are only half of it. The Ukrainian store expects a payment method valid in Ukraine, and an account's region is fixed when the account is created - you can't switch an existing one over. Both are covered in detail here:
